Boxing

The class is based around all aspects of boxing including footwork, head movement, combinations, pad work and sparring.

Mondays class is one and half hours, including padwork, partner drills and situational sparring. This class is for all levels.

Wednesdays class is one hour of fundamental boxing techniques, including footwork, head movement, basic combinations.  A great class if you are new to the art of boxing or are more experienced and looking to recap the fundamental techniques.

Some equipment is required in order to train, we do hold a very small amount of spare for those wanting to try sessions before committing to buying their own.  Please contact us or speak to one of the coaches if you would like advise on where to buy these.

Basic equipment needed for these sessions include:

  • 10-16oz gloves
  • Hand wraps 

Optional equipment needed but necessary if sparring!

  • Gum shield
