Adult Membership - £65/month

Our best value adult rate! - Access to all the Muay Thai and Boxing classes on the timetable, train in as many classes as you wish. Recurring payment collection from the date you sign up.

Junior Membership (12-17 year olds) - £50/month

Our best value junior rate! - Access to all the Muay Thai and Boxing classes on the timetable, train in as many classes as you wish. Proof of age required.  Recurring payment collection from the date you sign up.

Kids Classes - Mini Monkeys (Age 4-7) / Monkey Juniors Age (8-12) - £40/month

Our best value Kids rate! - Access to any of the age appropriate Muay Thai classes on the timetable for a flat rate.  Recurring payment collection from the date you sign up.

 

Monkey Muay Thai Ltd - Terms & Conditions

 

1. Membership

1.1. Your membership will begin on the day you join.

1.2. Your membership is personal to you. You cannot transfer it to another person.

1.3. Membership includes access to all the Muay Thai and Boxing classes on the timetable.

2. Fees

2.1. You must pay a monthly membership which will be determined by your chosen membership package.

2.2. Monthly instalments will be due by recurring card payment on the same day of each month you initially joined.

2.3. We may change the amount of your monthly payments. If we do we will write to you at the email address you have given us at least 5 days before the changes take place.

2.4. Monthly fees are payable even if you do not use the centre.

3. Cancelling Your Membership

3.1. A membership may be cancelled once the final payment has been made; this requires 30 days by notice in writing to Monkey Muay Thai (e-mail monkeymuaythai360@gmail.com). A confirmation email will be sent back.

4. Freezing your Membership

4.1 We will freeze your membership for a maximum of 1 month for reasons on the grounds of health/injury. We will not freeze memberships for any other reason, unless agreed with us at our discretion.

5. Club Rules

5.1. You must comply with the club rules/etiquette which forms part of this agreement.

5.2. We may change the rules/etiquette at any time. We will post notice of any changes at the club.

6. Changing the Agreement.

6.1. We can change the agreement at any time. We will give you 14 day’s notice of this change in writing at the email address you have given us.

7. Facilities

7.1. You are entitled to attend classes available for your category of membership package.

7.2. You may have to pay additional charges to use certain other activities at the Centre. We can change these prices at any time.

7.3. We can refuse access to the facilities if we consider your health maybe adversely affected by the use of such facilities.

7.4. The club may open/close earlier during public holiday periods. Facilities may also close for occasional special events. Notices of these will be sent via email and displayed on social media pages. No refunds will be available for these periods.

7.5. We may change the clubs opening times or withdraw any of the facilities at any time if we need them for events, tournaments, exhibitions or other special activities.

7.6. We may need to close a facility or part of it for repair/refurbishment on the grounds of health and safety or improving customer service. Classes may also have to be cancelled due to unforeseen instructor unavailability. In the above circumstances we will use our best endeavours to:

7.7.1. Give as much notice as is reasonably practicable by displaying notices in the club.

7.7.2. Arrange for alternative facilities during a period of closure.

7.7. Your membership does not give you priority over other users or guarantee the availability of facilities.

7.8. Monkey Muay Thai management reserve the right to change the activity programme. Prior notice will be given via email and social media pages relating to activity cancellations or the introduction of new sessions.

7.9. Promotions do not apply to existing members.

8. Booking Classes

8.1. You must book onto classes you wish to attend prior to attending, choosing the 'member' option ticket. We will check members hold a valid membership.  To book these 'exclusive' tickets you will need to create a booker account on Bookwhen via the 'Log in' button on the top right corner of the Bookwhen website.

9. Junior Members and Children.

9.1. If you are 16-17 (inclusive) your parent or guardian must sign this agreement on your behalf. By signing this agreement your parent or guardian agrees to be responsible for your behaviour and actions at all times and to pay us any amounts that are due on your behalf.

9.2. When you reach 18 your junior membership will end and you will automatically and immediately become a full adult member and sign a copy of this agreement.

10. Your Health

10.1 Your health is your responsibility Your health is your responsibility. The management and staff of this organisation are dedicated to helping you take every opportunity to enjoy the facilities that we offer. With this in mind, we have carefully considered what we can reasonably expect of each other.

10.2 Our commitment to you

  • We will respect your personal decisions and allow you to make your own decision about what exercise you can carry out. However, we ask you not to exercise beyond what your consider be your own abilities
  • We will make every reasonable effort to make sure that our equipment and facilities are in safe conditions for you to use and enjoy.
  • We will take all reasonable steps to make sure that our coaching staff are qualified and experienced in their appropriate disciplines to a level they are able to coach others.
  • If you tell us that you have a disability which puts you at a substantial disadvantages in accessing our equipment and facilities, we will consider what adjustments, if any, are reasonable for us to make.

10.3 Your commitment to us

  • You should not exercise beyond your own abilities. If you know or are concerned that you have a medical condition which might interfere with you exercising safely, before you use our equipment and facilities or take part in any classes, you should get advice from a relevant medical professional and follow that advice.
  • You should make yourself aware of any rules and instructions, including warning notices. Exercise carried its own risks. You should not carry out any activities which you shave been told are not suitable for you.
  • You should let us know immediately if you feel ill when using our equipment or facilities. Our staff members are not qualified doctors, but there will be a person available who has had first aid training.
  • If you have a disability, you must follow any reasonable instructions to allow you exercise safely.
