We collect information given to us by visiting Monkey Muay Thai on a free trial, signing upto Membership or using the contact form (Name, email address, postal address, phone number, dates of birth, bank details, childrens names and dates of birth for kids classes).

  We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age without the permission of their parent or guardian. As a parent or legal guardian, please do not to allow your children to submit personal information without your permission.

  If you contact us via our website, email or phone we may keep a record of that correspondence.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use personal information to provide the services you request from Monkey Muay Thai such as to facilitate:  administration of your membership of the club and to facilitate bookings of classes. We may also use the information to: notify you of any changes regarding the club, advertise events, products and services, to process membership payments due from you to us and maintain accounts and records and to administer and maintain membership records.

We will not share your personal information with third parties for marketing or any other purposes without your consent, unless we are required to do so by law.   As in line with current GDPR guidelines, you must ‘opt in’ to receive any communications from us.

HOW DO WE PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use a secure server and also take appropriate measures to ensure that the information disclosed to us is kept secure, accurate and up to date and kept only for so long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is used.

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you  and to have any inaccuracies in your information corrected.  You are also entitled to request for us to delete any information we hold on you.
